Motorola Droid Turbo manual leaked ahead of announcement

We’ve known about the Droid Turbo for a while now thanks to numerous reports and leaks, but if you were waiting for something a bit more official, this is it. The entire user manual for the Droid Turbo has shown up online, ahead of the announcement. While Motorola and Verizon have yet to confirm the handset, this is about as official as it gets without a formal unveil.

So what can we learn by looking into the manual? First, there’s the confirmation that the phone has a 5.2-inch ‘ultra-high definition’ display (believed to be QHD) and a 21MP rear camera. There’s also mention of the rumored great battery life, though they are pretty vague about it only saying it has a “high-capacity long lasting battery”. The manual also confirms support (and the inclusion) of Motorola’s Turbo charger and Qi wireless charging tech as well. There’s also mention of the software, which will include Moto Voice, Display, Actions, Assist and Connect. You can also expect it to be fairly close to stock Android as well.

Turning to the picture seen above, the design of the phone is pretty typical of a Droid device, with capactive keys to boot, and falls in line with previous leaks and rumors.

If you’re interested in digging to the manual yourself, you’ll find it here. Bottom-line though, the leak confirms several details we have heard before and makes it obvious that the Droid Turbo is more than just a rumor. Now all that’s left is to wait for a formal announcement, though no word on exactly when that will be.
